Support is available 24-hours a day when you live in one of our group homes. We teach skills to help you become more independent, including:
Healthy living skills: monitoring medications, scheduling appointments and maintaining a healthy lifestyle
Personal care skills: dressing, grooming, and bathing
Daily living skills: preparing meals, washing clothes, and doing chores
Social skills: interacting in groups, maintaining relationships with family and friends, keeping a job, and participating in community activities
Self expression skills: understanding emotions, expressing feelings,and building self esteem
Independent living skills: managing money and accessing transportation
Stay in a community-based group home.

Classified as Community-Based Residential Facilities and Adult Family Homes, our group homes are located throughout north central Wisconsin and serve the Western Rivers, Eau Claire, and Fox Valley areas. They are integrated into the community, well maintained, and very home-like.
The Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA), under the Florida Department of Elder Care licenses and inspects Lee's Loving Hands Adult Family Care. The Facility currently has an AFCH active license.
